The Bear
Right when we walked in the door my back pocket started to buzz. I pulled out my cell and found it was Jacob.
"Hey Jacob whats up?"
"Oh..Um.. Well we caught sight of the... You know what go some where no one can here me...." he waited to give me some time to leave the room. " Well we caught sight of the bear and the other wolves are chasing it toward nomans land." he explained.
"Really! Oh good I'll find a way to get Emmett out of the house. See you in a little bit." I hung up the phone. I called Edward into the room to tell him what Jacob had toled me.
He thought up a plan and tolled me what he had in mind. Then we went out to the living room to put the plan in play.
Once we got Emmett out side I grabbed his arm and ran towards nomans land. When we got there the wolves were cornering the bear agenst a tree. When Emmett caught sight of the bear I saw his face light up with joy. Before I could start to tell him what was happening he was off and on top of the bears shoulders in no time. I smiled and Edward came over scoped me up in his arms and ran me back to the house.
Later that day when Emmett got home I was watching the news and the next thing I knew I was in the middle of a bear hug that would have killed me if I were still human. Thats how I realized that Emmett had came home. He had been wearing a plain button up shirt when he left and now he was wearing a bear skin coat. When he put me down I laughed and as he ruffled the fur on his coat.
"What is it?" he asked
" You made a coat out of the bear?" I asked not believing my eyes.
"Um.... Ya how else was I supposed to remember what you did for me?...... Use my memory?... ha"
I chuckled.
"Thanks so much little sis." He said all sincere like.
"Your welcome big bro" I said as I punched his arm.
" Oh ya that's right I made you this out of the extra from my coat." he said handing me a leather wrist strap.
"Thank you Emmett." I thanked him.
"Welcome you little munchkin"
"Hey I'm not the munchkin any more!" I yelled at him and looked at Renesme.
"You know what your right..... Welcome donut......ha...... get it munchkins are just little donuts." He started laughing at his own joke.
"Your not supposed to laugh at your own jokes." I said to him matter-o-factly.
He crumbled to him self. Then we all laughed.

CH. 2
I can take care of myself
As Emmett got into a stance to attack Edward got right up int front of me-out of habit i suppose.
"Edward" I whispered into his ear knowing it wouldn't make a difference since every one would be able to hear me " You know I can take care of my self" I paused "I'm a big girl now" I said with my voice full of sarcasm.
He jump back and turned to face me. He grabbed my face and said full of apologie "I'm sorry just a habit I guess."
"i guess i was right it was out of habit" i said and jumped into a stance to attack all at the same time.
"HEY HEY HEY!!! not inside. if you two are going to fight go take it out side." Esme called from the kitchen.
"OK!" both me and Emmett call back to her at the same time.Emmett sat back down on the couch. And I just stood there confused at why he had just sat back down. Emmett never I mean NEVER refused a fight.
"Emmet are you ok you never turn down a fight" I said moving towards him.
"Ya... i guess i just really wanted to go fight that bear. And if i fight any one right now there is just gonna be a big image a bear in my head and the person that I'm fighting is gonna get what I'm gonna give the next bear i see, and i don't really feel like hurting any of my family." he stated with the most grumpy tone I've ever heard him talk in.
"Ohhhhhh Emmett you just called me family... Come here give me a hug" i said sympathetically walking closer to him.
"UH AH! No way i don't do hugs." he said getting up off the couch and backing up across the room as i followed. "Get away from me girl.... if I have to beat you up i will"
Right at the end of that sentence i jumped right on top of him pounding him to the floor"That's better" i said while giving him a big bear hug.
"GET OFF OF ME!!!!!!! get off! get off! get off! don't get all mushy and shit with me" He said flinging me off of him. As i flew across the room I looked at him and noticed he was still on the floor.
"Edward!" i called from next to the front door. "Come with me ok"
Within not even a half a second he was right next to me. opening the door for me. When we got out side i released my shield so he could read my thoughts knowing that if i spoke them every one would be able to hear me. As he did he nodded in his own thought. Right then we both rush into the woods toward La Push.
Once we got to the treaty line i said aloud looking at Edward "Would the closest wolf in Jacobs pack please come to the treaty line"
With in about a minute Seth in his wolf form came running out of the woods.
"hello Seth" i said to the big sandy colored wolf. "Can you do us a favor" I looked at Edward for an answer from Seth.
" He says depends what it is"
"Well as you should know how Emmett became immortal....." I paused "well because of that Emmett hold a huge grudge on all bears. And he is really upset that he cant be here to help out with the bear problem. But i was wondering if you guys... if was possible.... would try to lead the bear to nomans land? So that you guys can still fight it but so can Emmett."I looked at Edward.
"He says .... well he thinks that he could see what Jacob and Sam think about it but he will definitely try to help h thinks Emmett would love that. I do to." He stated starring into Seth's eyes as he did.
"Thanks Seth go Jake and Sam and tell them to come here in human form ok?"
"he says sure thing" Edward translated and Seth was gone.
" You know you come in handy allot." I said as i inched my face towards his to kiss him.
"I know" he replied and closed the gap between our faces.
You would think now that we have kissed More then a million time that the shock would go away by now. But it didn't. When we stopped he chuckled i guess cause he notice that i had lost my breath not that i needed it but still.
When Sam and Jake showed up they were in human form like we asked.
"hey guys did Seth tell you what we wanted?"
"ya... we can try but i don't think well be able to." Jake had said
"But Jake don't do it for me.... do it for Emmett... and Nessie." when i said that all three of then look at me in confusion. I released my shield so Edward could hear my thought and go along with it.
"What does getting the bear on nomans land have to do with Nessie?" Sam and Jake said at the same time.
"well Emmett's really grumpy and mad that he cant help so I'm afraid that he might start stomping across the house and not look were hes going and step on her or she might through some thing to someone and miss and hit him and he might get mad....." I trailed off as if i didn't want to talk about it.
"Well in that case that bear will be on nomans land when we find it!" Jake said as soon as i trailed off.
"Thanks Jake i owe you one.... We need to go now i don't want to leave Nessie home without me for too long with that beast of an Emmett in the house.....Thanks so much Jake....." i said as we started back for the house.
"You know what Jake?" Sam had said
"What?" Jake answered curiously.
Sam slapped him up side the head"That; that's what." he yelled at Jake.
"Um...ow what was that for?" Jake yelled back at Sam as they ran into the woods to form back into wolfs when they did they continued in thought.
For giving in so easily... we cant guarantee we can get bear on nomans land u Moran
well now we have to I'm sorry for trying to keep my imprint save I'm sure you would do the same for Emily he trailed off.

Noon Time Moon

CH. 1 Emmett's Bear
It's one year after the big commotion with the Volturi. I was lying in bed after a long night of no sleep, which is completely normal for a vampire. Just me and Edward and Renesme and not a care in the world, that's how my life was now. Though this life was not what i was used to-I was used to always having something bad about to happen, it was always just my luck-I liked it more then what I was used to by a land slide.
Me and Edward had let Rennesme sleep at her grandparents house last night so we had the house all to are self's. Every night we did just about the same thing show our love for each other weather Rennesme was home or not. It helped that she was such a sound sleeper.
It was then that i had a strong burn deep in my thought.
"I need to hunt before we go pick up Rennesme" i told Edward.
"I agree we haven't hunted in awhile I'm coming too" Edward said agreeingly.
"I bet that I can get a bigger elk then you" I called running out the door Edward right behind me.
"I don't think so" He called as he rushed past me into the woods.
"Well I do." I yelled as pounced onto the biggest elk in the pack.
Edward humphed at the fact that I had won the bet.
As i drained the blood for the large elk my throught began to sooth.
I asked Edward if he wanted to race back to the house as a rematch. When I realized that he had already gotten a head start. I climbed through the trees until I caught site of Edward and then dropped to the ground running. I beat him home as usual he didn't get mad again, he was used to me beating him in races of speed. I had been faster then him since I went on my very first hunt as a newborn.
When we walked inside the large glass house that all of the Cullens lived in except me Edward and Rennesme, we saw that Rennesme was already up. She had grown so much since she was born she was only a year old and was the size of a 5 year old. She grew more and more every day. Alice and Rosalie had already filled up 5 whole books of pictures of her from her one year of life. And they wern't even scrap books they were only photo albums.
When Rennesme saw us she raced right over to us as fast as she could; which was pretty fast due to the fact that she was half vampire.
As i held Rennesme in my arms she touched her hand to my cheek to show me what she was thinking. She was showing me her night with her grandparents and aunts and uncles.
" Oh, I'm so glad you had a good time last night Rennesme." I told her.
"Hey where's Jacob?" I had asked to no one in particular.
"Jakey, Jakey" Rennesme chanted clenching and unclenching her fist tored the back door.
" Hes on patrol in La Push" Calsile said " There is a bear that's been hanging around out there lately"
"A bear." I said questioningly " There aren't any bears for miles and mile of here....Is there?"
"Well that's what we all thought too, but the paw prints that Sam and the pack found around the beach edge, say different." Emmett said gumply.
"Whats with him?" I asked
"You remember the story of how Emmet became immortal? Well he still holds grudges on all bears and he wanted to help but because of the treaty line he cant go" Rosalie ask and answered with out pausing.
"Oh..... Well Emmett I'm 100% positive that the bear that malled you is long gone by now."
"Ya I know that I just don't like bears all cause of that one" He answered all grumpy like
Rosalie answered before I could respond " That why he my monkey man not my teddy bear. That's what I used to call him but every time I did he just got all grumpy."
Edward chuckled " oh yes i remember that it was the most aggressive year on my vampire life, with Emmett snapping ever time Rosalie called him." He chuckled again
I looked at Emmett thinking if he could he would be blushing right now; at least i would be."Really Emmett"
